School Support Solutions
School Support Solutions is a reputable, independent educational consultancy and training company established in 2015 by Faye Heming, who has over 25 years’ experience in education in a variety of roles including teacher, headteacher, trainer, inspector, school improvement partner and school cluster manager.
We deliver face-to-face training nationwide to support primary school educators at all levels. In recent times, we have devised an interactive, online training package for leaders, teachers and support staff in primary schools which encourages them to value their own professional development, to ultimately benefit the children they teach.
At School Support Solutions we believe that all children have the right to a high-quality education, and, as experts in our field, we support schools in evaluating the impact of their work and offering practical suggestions as to where and how improvements could be made. We understand the demands and challenges of leading a school and will work alongside school staff to provide bespoke support, guidance and training to ensure robust school improvement.
